GENERAL COMMENTS
Self-published staple-bound booklet with the typed-out inscriptions on the headstones and memorials relevant to the Armenian community of Manchester at the Southern Cemetery in Manchester. The vast majority of the inscriptions are in "Non-Conformist Sections D and B," which are "often referred to as 'the Armenian section'." As the foreward states, "the work is by no means complete." The foreward states taht "This Booklet has also been paid for by the Heritage Lottery Fund. It is a record of those inscriptions recorded up to mid-2022." No author or other publication details are given. A map of Southern Cemetery, Manchester and a "Plan showing the location of all the inscriptions recorded in this booklet" appears before the typed-out inscriptions, organized numerically by grave number, first in the D section and then the B section.
