An overview of the history, tradition and creed of the Coptic Orthodox Church. The authors provide the Church's history from the 1st century until contemporary times; they explain what constitutes Coptic tradition and culture, and give a general overview of the seven sacraments, liturgy, etc.

GENERAL COMMENTS
The book includes a section on the Copts in the diaspora, including a short history of the Coptic Church in the Netherlands with a list of all Coptic churches in the country (until 2008). Correction of the text was done by Eugen Camozzi, and design was done by Albert Soliman.
