According to the front cover, this is the 24th year of publication, so I have the start date of the publication listed as 1997. The St. Mary Armenian Church in Décines is one of the historic Armenian churches in the Rhone Valley--the corridor from Lyon to Marseille. See Boris Adjemian's "Les Petites Arménies de la vallée du Rhône" (2020). The title "Tsayn" is a multivalent Armenian word meaning "Voice," but also "sound" and the term for the musical mode of the liturgical music system.
